Amnesty International: Lighting a Candle to Regime Change
In March 2011, U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Suzanne Nossel spoke at the National Iranian American Council (NIAC) human rights conference to discuss the international effort to establish a UN human rights monitor for Iran, an initiative championed by NIAC. In 2006, the NIAC received $107,000 from the National Endowment for Democracy “[t]o foster cooperation between Iranian NGOs and the international civil society community and to strengthen the institutional capacity of NGOs in Iran.” But as Allen Weinstein, who helped draft the legislation establishing NED, admitted in 1991: “A lot of what we do today was done covertly 25 years ago by the CIA.”
Suzanne Nossel has been the executive director of Amnesty International USA since January 2, 2012. According to Sourcewatch:
Nossel played a leading role in U.S. engagement at the U.N. Human Rights Council, including the initiation of human rights resolutions on Iran, Syria, Libya, Cote d’Ivoire, freedom of association and freedom of expression. Prior to that, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Human Rights Watch.
Harvard lawyerfish Suzanne Nossel is another Zionist/Israeli operative masquerading as A DEDICATED HUMAN RIGHTS TOILER.
I am shocked at your innocuous presentation.
